We're John and Christie — married, based in Yorkshire, and lucky enough to spend our time doing something we both completely love. John is behind the camera as our photographer; Christie directs the story as our videographer. We work every wedding together, side by side, and we work really well together — it's part of why couples tell us their day felt so calm.
At home we're kept busy by our children — and by our local girls' football club, which we own, with our own daughters playing for it. Weddings and football: our two great loves.
We also love nature, and spend a lot of our free time camping and out in the outdoors with our children. We love it so much that we got married in Glencoe, by a loch, surrounded by our family and friends.
Fair warning — we are also completely, unreasonably obsessed with chocolate. It's become a bit of a running joke, because so many of our couples have generously left some out for us on the day (you know who you are, and we love you for it). To be clear, this is absolutely not an expectation — we'll happily photograph and film your wedding chocolate-free — but should a stray bar of something find its way into our hands, we will not be putting up a fight.
The two of us, surrounded by family and friends, in the place we love most.
John and Christie, mid-wedding, having far too much fun.
John has a very keen eye for detail — the kind of photographer who notices the light shifting across a room, or the small gesture between you and your partner, seconds before it happens.
Christie is a great organiser and an even better storyteller — the one making sure the day runs smoothly behind the scenes, and weaving everything together into a film that actually feels like you.
We pride ourselves on being genuinely friendly and approachable — no stiff formality, no awkward directing. Just two people who love what they do, working together to make sure your day is documented honestly and beautifully, wherever in the UK you're saying "I do."
